TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LottoMatik Second Chances Raffle
(A Promotional Program Organized by LottoMatik under the Supervision of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office)

I. PREAMBULAR CLAUSE

This Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the conduct, participation, and redemption procedures of the promotional program known as the LottoMatik Second Chances Raffle (the “Program”), organized by LottoMatik, in cooperation with the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO). By participating in this Program, all persons (“Participants”) hereby acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the provisions contained herein, including any amendments that may be made from time to time.

II. DECLARATION OF PURPOSE

The LottoMatik Second Chances Raffle is a promotional activity designed to give players an additional opportunity to win prizes using their non-winning PCSO lotto tickets. The Program is separate and distinct from the official LottoMatik ticket-selling platform and shall not be construed as part of its operations or systems. This Program is conducted in support of LottoMatik’s marketing and community engagement initiatives, with due respect to all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.

III. ELIGIBILITY

Participation is open to all natural persons who, at the time of joining:
a. Are at least eighteen (18) years old; and
b. Are residents of the Republic of the Philippines.

Employees of LottoMatik, DFNN, their affiliates, advertising agencies, and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining. Submission of an entry constitutes representation and warranty that the Participant meets all eligibility requirements. Any false declaration or misrepresentation shall result in automatic disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.

IV. REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION MECHANICS

Participants must register through official LottoMatik promotional channels. Each non-winning PCSO lotto ticket submitted shall correspond to raffle entry credits, subject to verification and validity rules. Tickets valued below ₱20.00 may be combined to meet the threshold. Duplicate, tampered, or counterfeit tickets will be disqualified. All entries become property of LottoMatik.

V. DRAW PROCESS AND PRIZE REDEMPTION

Raffle draws shall be conducted separately from the LottoMatik platform under the supervision of LottoMatik and PCSO representatives. Winners shall be notified via registered contact details and must present valid ID and documents to claim prizes within sixty (60) days. Unclaimed prizes after this period shall be forfeited in favor of LottoMatik and PCSO.

VI. FRAUD, MISREPRESENTATION, AND FORFEITURE

LottoMatik reserves the right to disqualify any entry or winner proven to have committed fraud, used falsified tickets, or submitted multiple entries. Violations shall be dealt with under the Revised Penal Code and the Cybercrime Prevention Act (R.A. 10175).

VII. DATA PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

All personal data collected shall be processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. By joining, participants consent to the use of their names, photos, and likenesses for audit and publicity, subject to privacy compliance.

VIII. PRIZE WARRANTY AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

All prizes are non-convertible and non-transferable, provided “as is.” LottoMatik, PCSO, and DFNN shall not be liable for any defect, damage, or injury arising from prize use. Warranty claims shall be directed to the manufacturer.

IX. AMENDMENT, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION

LottoMatik reserves the right to amend or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Continued participation signifies acceptance of such modifications.

X. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All disputes shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Taguig City.

XI. ACCEPTANCE AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By submitting an entry, participants affirm that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, and consent to LottoMatik’s data handling policies. All decisions by the organizers are final and binding.
